1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Hawai‘i: 2–5 business days

• U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (Shipping to Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, Guam. Input in "State")

 

Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Nie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been shipped. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier with your tracking info.
